Maintaining Financial Integrity
All of our financial services are computerized using industry specific, state-of-the-art software which is available online to the Board.
Our property managers check the accuracy of the invoices on accounts payable, including all vendors and contractors, and prepare checks for Board approval.
All assessments shall be billed on a predetermined cycle using statements. Owners may conveniently pay their assessments online through our secure owner portal, and owners may opt to pay by a check that is mailed to the association’s lockbox account. Payments are updated daily.
Collections Policies Enforcement
Delinquency letters are sent to homeowners in arrears, and we enforce association policies on liens and foreclosures. The manager and financing department coordinate with the association’s attorney on all legal matters.
